Home Light Commercial Design

Black Dog also provides commercial design services. Current projects include a new showroom for a granite counter fabrication and sales company, a classic car warehouse and an office fit-out. Recent clients include other tenant fit-out or office design/renovations for an optometrist, a chiropractor, a hot-yoga studio,a zumba studio and accessibility additions for a township clubhouse and scout meeting hall.

In addition to current or recent projects, I have almost 15 years experience with commercial, institutional and small commercial projects. Some I cannot show here because of my old firm's copyright or client privacy concerns, although when we meet I would be happy to show you that information.

While I am a small firm, with the interconnectedness of the world these days, I put together teams that will fit the size of your project, whether it is a small pad site facility or a multi-story enterprise. That way we can provide you with the appropriate expertise, be it LEED-compliant design, store front or religious or academic experience.

Previous projects include:

Design of multi-space contractor facilities;

Renovation and conversion of office to apartments;

Addition and renovation to the Kutztown University Graduate center. a $2 million classical addition housing offices and accessibility elements;
